SHIPPING: Free shipping on orders of $35 and up. Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS); standard and priority mail. Once an order ships, the buyer will receive an email with the details and tracking number. Processing time to ship orders is typically 1-3 business days from receipt of payment. We are currently offering shipping to USA only; no international shipping.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact Unity Soaps no later than 2 business days after receipt of order with an explanation of the issue. Note that returned product(s) must be kept shrink wrapped, unopened, unused and in saleable condition. Refund of the product purchase amount will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
DAMAGED GOODS: We take great care in ensuring our products are packaged well so they make the trip to your home safely. However, in the event that an item(s) is damaged during the shipping process, please take pictures of the damage product and contact us so we can investigate and replace the damaged item(s).
